For the foregoing reasons, in the result, this complaint is allowed in part, directing the opposite party to settle the claim on the submission of documents i.e. (1) un-detectable certificate issued by P.S. concerned or (2) Final Police proceedings submitted to the court of Law; and (3) copy of R.C. Book of the vehicle by the complainant ,within 30 days from the date of receipt documents by the opposite party. There is no order as to complensation and costs.
