Matter is settled between parties and filed memo to that effect.  Recorded.  Decreed in terms of settlement.  OP shall remit or pay the amount as per the settlement within one month after receiving copy of decree.  In default OP has to pay 9% interest to the settlement amount from today till the date of realization.  Complainant is at liberty to file execution application.
