Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by both that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Mediation Advisory Centre.   They have also filed a Joint Memo of Compromise to that effect, signed by both parties along with their respective Counsels. 

In view of the Joint Memo of Compromise, this Consumer Complaint is disposed off.  The Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part of the order.   No costs.
