ORDER

          Bereft of unnecessaries the case of the complainant is that he is a   shareholder of the opposite party company and holding 80 shares and since 2004 -05 he is not getting dividend and the opposite party is not furnishing any information about his shares, dividend and share value etc .  Hence the complaint.

2.  Opposite party filed their version by registered post.  In the version it is submitted that they had paid the dividend ` 80/- due to the complainant for the year 2004-05     in 2011.

  Complainant heard and  version and documents of opposite party perused.  In version the opposite party has stated that complainant is holding 80  shares in their company vide  folio No E 50092 and dividend for  2004-05 is paid,  But the version is silent about the  future years dividend, the share value etc. Opposite party has no case that the complainant is not entitled for the dividend for the future years from 2005 to 2012.

     Therefore the complaint is allowed and opposite party is directed to pay the dividend due to the complainant from 2005 to 2012.  They are also directed to furnish  detailed statement showing the value of the shares, present market value of the shares and the dividend he is entitled .  Time for compliance is 30  days from the date of receipt of copy of the order.  Failing which they shall  be liable to pay a compensation of  ` 5000/- to the complainant.  There is no order as to costs.
