This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to direct the opposite parties to immediately correct the complainant’s date of birth as “28.11.1990” in the records maintained under “Atal Pension Yojana Scheme” by the opposite party Bank and to deduct the monthly contribution of Rs.346/- payable by the complainant being the contribution amount for age group of 24 years, to direct the opposite parties to refund the excess amount deducted towards monthly contribution till date of such correction and to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and deficiency in services caused to the complainant with cost to the complainant.
Proof Affidavit of both complainant and opposite parties not filed for a long time to prove the allegations raised in the complaint and contentions raised in the written version. Both complainant and opposite parties and their respective Counsels absent. No representation also. Hence, this case is dismissed for default.
