JUDGEMENT

The  crux of the case is that  the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps    for  non rectifications  of the wrongly  mentioned  data in the  R.C. as well as the Smart card of two wheeler for which  the complainant  sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant. 

On being  noticed the  O.P No.2  i.e. R.T.O., Rayagada  has  appeared and filed   written version.   In the written version  the O.P. No.2   submitted   that   necessary  correction  has been made  in the  R.C.  at  their level  and fresh  registration certificate has been generated and the same certificate along with  smart card has also been  handed over to the  complainant.

During   the course of hearing the complainant  has appeared before  this Commission  and   filed memo   submitted that  after filing  the case  against the above O.Ps   they have  rectified the  R.C. of  the T.V.S  Motor cycle bearing Regd. No. OD-18-H-2163.  The complainant  prays in their memo  not to proceed with  this case as the problem  is solved in due course and the case  may kindly be  dropped  for the best  interest of justice.

Heard from the parties.  Memo is allowed.

Accodingly the case is closed as  the  complainant  is not interested to proceed  the  case further.
