On 10.1.2018, complainant present and submitted that he received an amount of Rs.68,767/- from the opposite party LIC of India, Divisional Office as full and final settlement. Hence he is interested to withdraw the complaint and he endorsed the matter in the face of the original complaint. According to this endorsement of the complainant and submission made by him, the complaint closed. Order passed on 10.1.2018.
