(1)               Both the parties are remaining absent.  Adv.K.B.Chandwadkar for the appellant is one of the advocates who regularly appear before this Commission.  Intimation of the date fixed was already published on notice board of the Commission, Bar and internet.  Beside this, by abundant precaution notice was also posted to both the parties by post on 03/11/2011.  Under the circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for default.
