ORDER

Order dt.19/01/2005 The complaint is partly allowed. The O.P. is directed to entertain the claim petition of the complainant along with the documents again and consider her claim afresh giving sufficient opportunity to represent her case properly. Thus the complainant is given liberty to approach the O.P. after obtaining original documents from the Forum.
