The aforesaid complaint came up on today’s board to hear on registering the complaint and issue notice to the respondents. Called. Complainant in person, submits argument. Proceed to pass the following

Order

Complainant filed the complaint praying to issue direction to the respondent to pay Rs.43002/- in all towards excess commission paid, cost of the proceedings, TA, compensation for harassment and damages and refund to consumer welfare fund as damages and to grant such other reliefs against the respondent Syndicate Bank Vidyagiri Branch, Dharwad.

The present complainant also had filed 3 complaints CC/159/15, 160/15 & 161/15 on the file of this forum  against the respondent Syndicate Bank-Nehru nagar branch, vidyangar branch & super market branch Hubli. All these complaints came to be disposed by allowing partly on 12.08.2015 with detailed orders. Wherein the said orders this Forum noticed the deficiency in service and also the conduct of the respondent bank & also the complainant and also while passing the order this Forum made some observations for what reason the complaint is partly allowed & for what reason the relief is restricted. Further also this Forum observed and directed both the complainant & respondent with regard to modus operendi and to put an end for s purious complaints with a specific direction to the respondent bank to diligently act & to respond with the consumers. Under those circumstances and with the background of the orders passed in the above 3 cases the present complaint has no consequences. Since the complainant is before the Forum he has been convinced with regard to this & he being convinced & conceded. Hence, this complaint is dismissed with a direction to the respondents to take note of the directions issued in the above 3 disposed cases & compliance of the same strictly. Accordingly this complaint is dismissed. Office is directed to forward the copy of judgment to the respondent in CC/159/15, 160/15  & 161/15 along with this orders.
