Both parties take no step. Case is called out. No body appear on behalf of the parties or their counsels. On perusal of the record the case in the year 2014 which is one of the oldest case in my forum it further appears that case has been fixed for evidence of the complainant on 02/09/2017 as ex-party till 31/03/2015 but complainant did not filed any evidence either documentary or oral. Further appears after appearing of the O.P on 22/04/2015 case has been fixed for evidence again for the complainant and complainant did not take any step up till now or his counsels after several mandatory order paned by this forum. Which show complainant has no interest in his case and lift his case. For interest of justice which is necessary to dispose of the case. Hence the case is dismisses for the default.
