JUDGEMENT

      

       The  crux of the case is that  the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps    for  non payment of maturity R.D. amount   for which  the complainant  sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant.

       The learned counsel for the complainant Sri V.R.M.Patnaik, Advocate, Rayagada is present. He filed a memo along with the Xerox copies of payment slip deposited by the cheque vide No. 009110 Dt. 28.9.2019 a sum of Rs.29,193/- by  O.Ps as per their terms and condition of deposits as claimed by the complainant and submitted that as the grievances of the complainant mitigated between the complainant  & O.Ps. outside of the forum. Soon after receiving of the notice from this forum  the O.Ps tried to settle the dispute in the right time as to the full and final satisfaction of the complaint as thus the complainant prayed the forum   to close the present case against the O.Ps being received  the claimed amount by the complainant. The complainant not interested to proceed  further  with the case as settled.  Hence with draw the consumer case against the O.Ps.

       Heard from the learned counsel for the complainant. Perused the document, verified the payment slip.  Accordingly the case is closed and the O.Ps are   wriggled out of their liability.  There is no order as to costs & compensation. Copy of the extract order be supplied to the parties on demand free of cost.
