Complaint coming up for hearing on admission today, the forum delivered the following:
Complainant alleges deficiency in service against the employer bank with regard to the pensionary benefits. It is seen that opposite party bank is situated in Thrissur District. Further no cause of action aroused within the jurisdiction of the Forum. Hence Forum lacks jurisdiction to entertain the complaint. Hence without going on to the merits of the case, complaint is dismissed.
