The complainant absent.  A petition is filed by the Counsel for the complainant seeking adjournment.  It is submitted in the petition that the complainant has not turned up for adducing evidence.  It is further stated that inspite of repeated intimation given to the complainant he has not turned up.  On the previous posting dates also the complainant was absent and the Counsel for the complainant has been requesting for time.  The materials on record would show that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the complaint in OP No. 118/2000.  The Counsel for the opposite parties are present.  The complainant is called absent and the complaint is dismissed for non prosecution.
