Both parties present. The dispute is relating to the falling on trees on the line, which is beyond the control of the opposite parties. We have examined the matter in detail and heard the matter. Considering all the facts and circumstances of the matter, we are of the view that there is no deficiency in service on the side of the opposite parties. Hence the complaint is to be disallowed, since it has no merit.
Hence complaint disallowed.
