            To day is fixed for Admission Hearing.

          Complainant is absent on repeated calls. It is about 12.15 PM. There is also no prayer on the part of the complainant for adjournment of admission hearing.

          Perused the petition of complaint coupled with its annexure thereto.  Complainant claims that he had purchased 07 nos. of certificates from the OP and those certificates were matured on 26.02.2019  and 28.02.2019 respectively.  In spite of maturity of those certificates the OP did not pay the matured amount of Rs.1,28,016/-. Complainant fails to annex photocopies of those certificates to establish prima facie of his case that the certificates fully mentioned in the complaint petition stands in his name. In absence of photocopies of those certificates, we are not inclined to admit the complaint. Thus, the  complaint is liable to be dismissed in limine. Hence,

ORDERED

          That the complaint  is not admitted and dismissed in limine.
