            To day is fixed for Admission Hearing.

          Complainant is absent on repeated calls. It is about 12.25 PM. There is also no prayer on the part of the complainant for adjournment of admission hearing.

          Perused the complaint petition.  Complainant claims that she had purchased 02 certificates being Nos. 605001599389 and 605001599390 for Rs.41,099/- and  Rs.36,533/- from the OP and those certificates were matured on 31.05.2019.  In spite of maturity of those certificates the OP did not pay the matured amount of Rs.1,19,243/-. Complainant fails to annex photocopies of those certificates fully mentioned in the complaint petition to establish prima facie of her case that the certificates  fully mentioned in the complaint petition stands in her name. In absence of photocopies of those certificates, we are not inclined to admit the complaint. Thus, the  complaint is liable to be dismissed in limine. Hence,

ORDERED

          That the complaint  is not admitted and dismissed in limine.
