            The Advocate for complainant is present and filed a memo stating therein that the complainant is not interested to proceed further with the complaint case hence pray to dispose the dispute as not pressed. The above said memo is also seen and endorsed by the advocate for O.P.No.1.

             The post of both Members is lying vacant. Perused the memo, verified the record. It is ascertained from the record that the case is a year old case and pending since the year 2014.  As the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further hence filed the memo to drop the case. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the memo is allowed. Accordingly the case is dropped as not pressed.  

            Issue copy of order to the parties free of cost.
