Complainant absent. On going through the complaint it is seen that this complaint is with regard to fixation of fare. It is a settled position that question of pricing cannot be gone into by the District Commission constituted under the Consumer Protection Act.
Hence, as the District Commission cannot go into the reasonableness of pricing of services, it is found that this Commission has no jurisdiction to entertain this complaint and the complaint is found to be not maintainable before this Commission.
In the result, complaint is dismissed as not maintainable before this Commission with liberty to the complaint to approach appropriate legal authority for the redressal of his grievances if any.
