Complainant and opposite party appeared through counsel and both parties are ready for a settlement. The complainant is ready to pay Rs.1 lakh to the opposite party within 15 days and the opposite party also ready for the settlement.
Hence the petition closed with a direction to the complainant to pay Rs.1 lakh to the opposite party within 15 days and the opposite party is directed to settle the loan of the complainant.
