Sri. Jacob Stephen (President):

       When the case called in the bench, counsel for the complainant submitted an application for withdrawing case on the ground that the pleadings in the complaint are in respect of the provisional bill issued by the opposite parties whereas the complainant’s grievance is against the final bill issued by the opposite parties.  Due to the said mistake in the complaint, the complainant seeks permission to withdraw the case for filing a fresh complaint with proper pleadings.  In the circumstances, application is allowed thereby the complainant is allowed to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file a fresh complaint.  The complaint disposed accordingly.  No cost.
