Complainant and opposite party appeared directly and opposite party submitted that they are ready to issue the certificate if the complainant produces the possession certificate from the concerned Village Officer. The complainant is directed to produce the possession certificate from the concerned Village Officer and the opposite party is directed to issue the ownership certificate within 7 days of receipt of the same. Hence the petition closed as per settlement.
