          Complainant and opposite party present.  Talk held.  Opposite party secretary failed to point out any rule which enable the society to withhold the amount till the completion of the scheme.  Hence the opposite party is directed to pay the Rs.20,000/- with interest at the rate of 9 % per annum from the 05/08/2018 till payment and also directed to pay the amount with the said interest on or before 31/03/2020.  It is made clear that if the amount with interest is not paid as agreed today the complainant is at liberty to proceed against the society and its secretary U/s 25 and 27 of the Consumer Protect Act.  Complaint stands closed.
