The case is posted to-day for filing of fresh step of Notice to OP No.3 by the Complainant.

Parties present through their counsels. The Complainant filed a petition to-day stating there-in that, the Opposite Parties after their appearance before the forum challenged the maintainability of the case on the point of jurisdiction. Hence prayed before this forum to pass necessary order as the Complainant intends to with draw the case with leave to file before proper forum to put forth his grievance.

Copy served to the Opposite Party. The OPs have no objection regarding this petition.

Perused the petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the forum allow the petition with a liberty to file in the proper court of law.

The case is disposed off as it is withdrawn by the Complainant.
