Complainant appeared directly. Opposite party also appeared directly. Complainant filed a withdrawal petition, because the application for getting Panchayath licence is for the plan of the complainant and his brother. There is violation in the rules, in the construction of the, building of the complainant's brother. Complainant is ready to give seperate application for his own building to the Panchayath. The opposite parties are also ready to settle the matter, if the complainant applies properly and if there is no violation in the construction of the complainant's building.

Hence the petition dismissed.
