By Sri. K Gheevarghese, President: The complainant not present, the opposite party is represented, opposite party is also present. It is submitted orally by the opposite party that the excess amount remitted can be adjusted in the future bills and the petition can be disposed accordingly. The complaint is disposed with a direction to adjust the excess amount in the previous bill dated, 12.6.2007 in the future bills of the complainant. The complaint is disposed accordingly.
