     Complainant and opposite party present.  Matter settled.  Both  the parties  agree to settle the disputes   on payment of 35% of the disputed  bill amount.  Since  50% of the bill  amount  was already  remitted, balance  amount  (15%) will be adjusted  against  future  bills.   Hence  closed.
