          This Execution Petition is coming up before us on 09.09.2022 for reporting settlement and for further orders and this Commission made the following order in open court:

Decree Holder / Complainant and Judgement Debtor /2^nd Opposite party present.

When the matter came up for the hearing on 30.08.2022, the Counsel for the  Judgement Debtor /2^nd Opposite party has filed a Memo along with a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.49,15,123/- dt.29.08.2022 drawn on Bank of Baroda in the name of D. Rakesh Raj, which was duly received and endorsed by the Decree Holder / Complainant as subject to realization.   Memo recorded.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the Counsel for the Decree Holder / Complainant has stated that the award amount has been encashed in the account of Mr. D. Rakesh Raj. 

In view of the Memo and on hearing the Counsel for the Decree Holder / Complainant, this Execution Application is terminated.   No costs.
