          Case is posted today for hearing on Admission.

          Complainant is present and filed time petition for hearing on Admission of the case as ground stated therein.

          Perused the record and found that the case was filed on Dt. 10/12/2018, and since then he has been filing petition for adjournment for the same purpose, which is beyond the provision of law under Section 12(3) of the C.P.Act. 1986.

          In view of such circumstances we are of the view to reject the petition and drop the proceeding.

          Hence, the petition is rejected and the case is dropped today, in the open forum.
