Case is posted today for appearance and version by the OPs.
Parties are present before the Hon'ble Forum today through their respective Advocates. Mr. A.K. Satpathy Advocate with his Associates appeared on behalf of OP No.3 and have filed a time petition for version as ground stated therein.
In the meantime, the advocate for the Complainant has filed a petition Dt. 02/08/2019 stating therein that the Complainant has already settled the matter/dispute with the Ops outside the Forum, as such he does not want to proceed the case further and has prayed to drop the case here today.
Heard the petition.
In view of the above circumstances we feel it to be genuine to drop the case.
Accordingly the case is dripeed and disposed off today.
