Both parties with their respective A/Rs are present. The complainant filed a memo wherein she stated that the OP has assured her to settle the claim within one month on receipt of life certificate in proper format. The A/R for OP also filed a petition wherein he discloses the same. The complainant is agreed to the assurance of OP and ready to submit the same and willing to drop the case.

              The contentions of both parties considered. The complainant is hereby advised to submit he life certificate with popper format to the OP and the Op is directed to settle the claim within 30 days on receipt of life certificate from the complainant. Accordingly the case is hereby dropped with an order as to no costs.
