       Today is fixed for S/R. No step is taken by the Complainant. Record shows that the Complainant was directed to take fresh steps upon the OP for several times but the Complainant has not complied with the order of this District Commission. The point to be noted is that the Complainant has not been taking steps in this case for long period.

         The case of the Complainant in short is that she is the connection holder of M/S Khagra Bharat Gas vide consumer No. 93194501 on and from 11.06.18 under Ujjwal Yojna. The Complainant did not receive any subsidy at her bank account under Ujjwal Yojna till date. The Complainant came to know that the duplicate gas connection holder was receiving all the subsidy from the Government which the Complainant should get it legally. The Complainant prays for an order directing the OP to stop duplicate gas connection using the adhar card of the Complainant. She also prays for an order directing the OP to pay all the subsidy to the Complainant.

       The point to be noted is that we are not in a position to hear the case ex-parte as the notice was not served upon the OP. Under such circumstances we are of the view that the instant case is liable to be dismissed.

 Hence it is                              

                                                Ordered

that the instant case No. CC/185/2019 be and the same is hereby dismissed on merit against the OP.

                Let plain copy of this order  be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties / Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand  /by post under proper acknowledgment  as per rules, for information and necessary action.
