Counsel for both parties have field a Joint Memo which is also signed by D.Hr and Advocate for J.Dr submitting that parties have settled the claim out of the forum in which J.Dr has agreed to pay Rs.6.00 lakhs to the D.Hr and D.Hr has agreed to receive the amount towards full satisfaction of the claim made in the EP and thereby have submitted for closing the EP.

        In view of the joint Memo filed.   EP is closed as the claim of the D.Hr is fully satisfied.

        D.Hr reports receipt of two cheque for Rs.6.00 lakhs and another cheque for Rs.100/- towards cancellation of his membership of Op.
