Petitioner present. Opposite party 3 & 5 present. Admittedly petitioner submitted application and prescribed fee for getting water connection from 1st opposite party. Admittedly more feasible way of giving water connection to the petitioner is from 5th opposite party. 5th opposite party is ready to give water connection to the petitioner if the petitioner is ready to follow all the legal formalities prescribed for getting water

connection. Opposite party 1 is directed to give back the amount remitted by the petitioner and entrust the same to 5th opposite party. 5th opposite party is directed to give water connection to the petitioner with within one month of date of this order. Petition is directed to comply all formalities as directed by 5th opposite party for getting a new water connection. Petition disposed accordingly.
