Final Order / Judgement

On the strength of a call for    petition filed by complainant and Advocate for  O.P No. 4  record is put up today.

Both complainant  and O.P No. 4 filed a joint petition  seeking direction of the Forum to dispose of the case as per  amicable   settlement  between them.  In view of their  settlement complainant is satisfied  with the O.P No.4  to receive Rs. 4,80000/- (Rupees Four lakh and eighty thousand ) only towards full & final settlement of the  claimed amount in the C.D. Case NO. 08 of 2019.  She also files another petition  stating therein  that she has no claim against O.Ps No. 1 , 2 & 3.

Heard.  As complainant is satisfied with O.Ps and does not want to proceed with the case , we have no hesitation to allow the joint petition field by  complainant & O.P No.4 .  Accordingly  the petition is allowed.  O.P No. 4 is here by directed to disburse the settled amount of  Rs. 4,80000/- (Rupees Four lakh and eighty thousand ) only  in favour of  complainant within 15 days from the date  of receipt of this order .
