Opposite parties                                   :    1)    The KSEB,                                                                         Vydhyuthi Bhavan,                                                                         Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram. reptd. by its Secretary.   2)          The Asst.   Engineer, KSEB, Electric Section, Gandhi Nagar MCH Kottayam.   O R D E R   Sri. Santhosh Kesavanath P., President.                Heard both sides. Admittedly meter attached to the premises of petitioner is faulty from 5/07 and faulty meter was replaced on 10/08. Opposite party in their version stated that they are ready to issue fresh bill in accordance with terms and conditions of supply Regulation  33 (2) & 3 of 2005.             In the result disputed bill is cancelled. Fora order the opposite party to issue fresh bill   to the petitioner in accordance with Regulation  33(2) of conditions of supply 2005. Petitioner is directed to pay the  amount covered under the fresh bill  in 5 equal monthly installments. Opposite party is also ordered to pay an amount of Rs. 750/- as cost of the proceedings. Cost can either be paid directly or to be adjusted in future bills. Petition disposed accordingly.              Sri.
