Petitioner present. Opposite party represented. Head both sides. In the version, opposite party admitted that they are ready to issue fresh bill as per Section 33(2) of condition of supply 2005 for the disputed meter faulty period.
So, impugned bill dated 7/11 is cancelled. Opposite party is directed to issue fresh bill in accordance with law. Opposite party is directed to adjust the amount which was already remitted by the petitioner in the fresh bill. Excess amount if any collected is to be adjusted in future bill. Petition disposed accordingly with aforesaid direction.
