Petitioner and opposite party represented. Prayer of the petitioner is not to disconnect electric connection to petitioner’s premises with vide consumer No.11630.
3rd opposite party filed objection stating that they had not entered into the premises of petitioner for disconnecting his electric supply. 3rd opposite party had only
issued a notice on the application submitted by 2nd opposite party that connection of petitioner is unauthorized. 3rd opposite party further stated that they had not issued any disconnected notice to petitioner.
In view of the above submission the petition is disposed.
