Both sides represented. Complainant filed an application for withdrawing the complaint with liberty to file an appeal before the Deputy Chief Engineer under Electricity Act. Petition is not objected by the other side. Hence petitioner is allowed to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file an appeal in this matter before Deputy Chief Engineer, KSEB Circle, Kottayam u/s.127 of Electricity Act. In that event Deputy Chief Engineer is directed to admit the appeal under usual terms without considering the delay in filing the appeal. Complaint disposed accordingly. No cost.
