ORDER DATE-10/07/1996. a)The respondent is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 644/- being cheque amount along with a compensation of Rs.200/- plus Rs.100/- cost to complainant in CPA No.53/94. b) The respondent is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1077/- being the cheque amount along with a compensation of Rs.200/- plus Rs.100/- cost to the complainant in CPA No. 52/94. c) The respondent is directed to pay a sum of Rs.809/- being the cheque amount along with a compensation of Rs.200/- plus Rs.100/- cost of the proceedings the complainant in CPA No54/94. The respondent shall comply with said order wth in one month from the date of receipt of this order . The copy of this order shall be placed in the record of CAP.52/94 and 54/94.
