                        Case put up today before  the Lok Adalat held at DCDRF, Rayagada. Complainant is present before the forum and filed a memo  stating therein that   she received the awarded amount from the Ops and she does not want to proceed further in this case and prays to drop the further proceeding against the Ops and also pray to direct the Ops to issue the original certificate of the complainant. We verified the documents filed by the complainant.

                        Accordingly we passed order. The Ops are directed to provide the original  certificate of HSC to the complainant and the awarded amount should not be paid to the complainant as she filed a memo that she has received the amount. Supply the copy of order to the parties according to the provision of C.P.Act.
