Both parties represented, complainant not present for cross-examination. For complainant Advocate Rejith Kumar filed a petition with medical certificate to adjourn the evidence, who is not holding the vakalath for complainant and the medical certificate produced before the Forum also not believable since there are so many corrections. Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.
