Case record taken up today for hearing. Parties are absent on call. It appears that the complainant is remaining absent consistently and no evidence on affidavit is adduced to substantiate his claim.

 Perused the material available on record. We have our thoughtful consideration on the contention of both the parties.

The complainant has alleged deficiency of service and unfair trade practice on the part of O.Ps for their bill for the month of August, 2018 where the O.ps have claimed Rs.10,032/- arbitrarily . The complainant seek for an order directing the Ops to rectify the alleged bill.

O.P appeared and disputed the fact that they have ever served any defective bill to the complainant. It is also submitted that there is no negligence or deficiency in service on the part of O.ps towards the complainant. In this regard the O.Ps have filed their evidence on affidavit.

Law is well settled that complainant is to prove deficiency of service on the part of O.Ps . Here in this case complainant has failed to adduce any evidence to substantiate his claim. Hence, we are of the opinion that this complaint has got no merit as such dismissed against the O.ps .

However, the O.ps are directed to revise the alleged bill issued against the complainant if he approached following the procedure as prescribed within four week of receiving of this order . No order as to cost. Case is disposed of accordingly.
