ORDER.
The case is advanced today on the strength of a memo filed by the complainant. The complainant filed a memo grounds stated therein and submitted that now he had left the disputed mortgaged house and at present residing in an another house. As thus there is no dispute of the complainant with the O.Ps. Therefore the complainant does not wants to proceed with the case so far not interested to continue the proceedings against the O.Ps which is pending before this commission as the dispute has already been mitigated with a mutual compromise between the parties settled out of commission. Hence prays to drop the proceeding against the O.Ps in the best interest of justice. In support of his identity the complainant submitted the Adhar card.
Both the member posts are lying vacant.
Verified the record. Perused the memo. In terms of compromise and considering the submission of the complainant, the memo is allowed.
Accordingly the case is dropped. The order be communicated to the parties concerned forthwith.
