                Application presented today. It be checked and registered.

                At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant/complainant has suffered his separate statement to effect that he does not want to pursue with the present application and withdraws the same with permission to file the fresh on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law.       

              In view of the above statement the present application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the applicant/complainant is at liberty to file fresh application on the same cause of action. The original documents annexed with the application, if any, be returned to the applicant/complainant by placing on record photocopies thereof. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
