THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and also to pay Rs.30,000/- as cost of  the complaint.

       

 

        The complainant filed Memo stating that the case is settled out of Forum and received a sum of Rs.22,500/- from the 1^st opposite party by way of Demand Draft No.218360, dated 4.8.2017 drawn on Central Bank of India.   In view of the Memo this case is dismissed as settled out of Forum.  No costs.
