          President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Gurgaon has sent a reference No.315 dated 30.09.2015 to this Commission to transfer complaint No.278 of 03.05.2006, titled Dr. Tarun Lata Vs. The Saraswati Kunj Cooperative House Building Society Limited and others because it pertains to the wife of sitting Member of the District Forum Sh. Surender Singh Balyan.  So, a request has been made to transfer the complaint to some other District Forum.   

2.      During the course of hearing, it has been agreed between both the parties that the complaint be transferred to any other District Forum.

3.      In view of above, the complaint shall stand transferred to the District Forum, Rewari, who shall dispose of the same in accordance with law.

4.      The parties are directed to appear before the transferee District Forum on January 15^th, 2016. 

5.      Disposed of accordingly.
