Complainant's advocate appeared before the court with his hazira and again pleaded before the Court and seek order upon his no instruction memo Dt.21/01/2013 to-day.

Taking into account the recourse and the facts the case is adjourned for time again for step by Complainant to notice OP No.3 since 11/11/2011, the Complainant is deserved to the dismissed.

Hence as per the petition advanced by the advocate for Complainant Dt.21/01/2013 and to the cirsumstance of the cae, the complaint petition filed by the Complainant is dismissed due to lack of interest of the complaint for the procedding in this complainant case.
