Complainant is absent on call. On perusal of the previous order it is found that complainant has simply presented his complaint but never appeared on the date fixed and also not taken steps to issue fresh notice against the O.P as directed by the Commission. As such it is presumed that complainant is not interested to proceed any more in this case .Hence, complaint is dismissed for non prosecution.
