Complainant and Sales Manager of OP are present and submitted that dispute is settled between them in which the complainant has agreed to receive Rs.30,000/- as against the claim of Rs.41,500/- towards full satisfaction of her claim and to close the complaint.

        Complainant who is in person reports receipt of a DD for Rs.30,000/- from the Op and concedes that he has agreed for settlement for Rs.30,000/- and further submitted to close the complaint.  

        In view of the above, complaint is closed as the claim of the complainant is fully satisfied.
